Pre-event

LOGISTICS

An Event Producer will conduct a needs assessment call to determine the best options to deploy during your session. Your event will be provisioned, and login documents will be sent to you to distribute.

MARKETING

We create customized invitations and registration screens to drive attendance while supporting your brand and messaging. Reminders, e-mails, and pre-event surveys help with lead generation and lead scoring.

TRAINING

Your Event Producer helps you with rehearsals and training based on best practices so that your event runs flawlessly.

REGISTRATION

Your branded registration page drives the collection of important metrics for effective reporting while reinforcing your message and maximizing attendance.

Event

Live Webcast

Your Event Producer will upload all content and test the collaborative space to ensure everything works seamlessly. We coordinate the call, moderate the event, and provide technical support during the event so that you can focus on your content and not worry about the session. We manage the polling, feedback slides, and Q&A sessions, along with the phone call to provide a great customer experience.

Post-Event

FOLLOW-UP

Once your event has concluded, the Event Producer will assemble a post-event report within 24 hours that shows attendance metrics, a replay URL, and a Q&A log, along with a summary of the session.

ARCHIVING

We capture and create audio and web content for your entire event. Worktank provides WMA or MP3 files for you to play back at a later date. We also provide archiving and remote storage/streaming options for future on-demand access.
